I was sent a brochure from Cadillac with some great lease prices. I have been wanting a Cadillac SRX for some time, and this felt like it was the right time. Downside is they wanted to ink the deal completely before I had seen the vehicle in order to have the paperwork completed before arrival. This made the sales pressure greater and reduced the opportunity to negotiate. The worst part of the experience was feeling like we were being misled into a higher than necessary interest rate on our loan despite an excellent credit report. The finance staff was willing to alter the terms once this was discussed. Salesman who delivered the vehicle was super friendly, and was willing to spend the time and energy needed to make us feel comfortable enough to close the deal. More

We had been experiencing numerous electrical problems with our 2013 Chevrolet Equinox for several months, and we no longer felt safe or comfortable driving the vehicle for any distance. After contacting General Motors with our concerns, we began working with Jace Stowe, who provided assistance in getting us into another vehicle - a 2014 Chevrolet Traverse (with the assistance of Randy Woods). We were very pleased with our overall experience and would highly recommend this dealership! We had also worked initially with Clif Calvert and David Horne in the Service Department when we were having the problems with our Equinox.
