We live in Virginia but this deal was far superior to anything we could find locally or on the WWW. McKenny drove the car to us, 6 hours one way, to decide! We bought the car that evening. Now nothing is every perfect and the car was missing the mud mats and had more miles on it than I had expected. I called Kurtis and explained the issues to him. He began working the problem on his drive home. In less than two minutes I was called by his superior to discuss the issue. McKenny is a great company and their customer service is the best I have seen ever. Before we got off the phone that evening these folks explained the error to me and then bent over backwards to make it right and to make me feel good about the purchase. In a few years I will be looking for a new truck for myself and I will give McKenny the first shot out of loyalty to their family atmosphere and phenomenal customer service. These folks seem as honest and trustworthy as one could ever hope for. I appreciate everything McKenny has done on this deal. More
