As a person with a disability, car shopping can be a little tricky, and he took that into account and helped identify features that would make my life easier, such as rain-sensing auto wipers, auto high-beam assist, and the majority of controls on the right side which I needed. He spent so much time with me testing vehicles, and when we found the perfect fit but wrong color, he was able to locate it for me and have it delivered quickly! I now have my dream vehicle with more features than I would have ever imagined, and a trusted dealership that I know is willing to go above and beyond! Powe was happy to answer any and all questions along the way, and made the process simple. He helped navigate the sales deal with a great value for my trade in, and great price on my Terrain. I had been to several other dealerships prior, and most tried to add an addendum or extra fees, but Gastonia GMC offered a fair, honest price from the start. They even included a lifetime warranty, which is unheard of. To finalize the deal, I was connected with Derwin Pogue to navigate the financing, and he was wonderful! He was kind, transparent, and just a joy to work with in general. Powe and Derwin completely changed my outlook on car buying as a woman.
