When the dealership didn't have the color I wanted on the lot, they let me drive home a new Civic until I could pick up my Fit. He answered all of my questions and was extremely patient during the 4 hours it took for me to completely decide. The sales manager (unfortunately, I can't remember his name, but he is awesome) did all but make my first payment for me. He and Todd pulled every possible deal out of their hats to get me into the car. Michael answered all of my financial questions and even a few questions about oil changes. When I called to make sure that everything was squared away with my trade-in, Jennifer got back to me with remarkable speed and made my request a priority. I am completely pleased with my purchase from start to finish. More
