We stumbled upon Hendrick and upon entering, one immediately gains a sense of, 'huh, this is nice...reception very friendly and greeters by sales staff, welcoming.' Fast forward, we walked away with a brand new 2013 Odyssey and have enjoyed every minute of it. Currently, June 2015 for a couple of weeks for summer vacation from OH, we decide to go back to get our needed oil changed. Jeff Anderson made our trade up to a 2015 Odyssey convincing and made the deal work---the trade-value and numbers worked in our favor! Inefficient We have been buying Hondas for some time. We purchased a 2014 certified used accord in February while spending the winter months in New Smyrna Beach. When we test drove the car, the air pressure warning was on but the sales person assured us that it just needed to be re calibrated. I also expressed concern on the registration going smoothly when we returned to NYS in April. The air pressure warning went off for a while, then returned. Our mechanic here found a small hole. And of course the paperwork was not properly done so it was left to us to take care of at our local DMV. I have called Hendricks and spoken to the general managers assistant advising of our experience. Feel like I just have been given lip service from the very beginning. Not a very professional outfit.
