Routine maintenance I scheduled a routine oil change in addition to adding a remote start accessory to my Honda Odyssey. The service department began the work as soon as I scheduled a routine oil change in addition to adding a remote start accessory to my Honda Odyssey. The service department began the work as soon as I checked in. The service was completed about 1/2 hour earlier than the estimated time. The tires did not get rotated. Rich said wear looked good and even front and back so it was decided rotation was not needed. If I had been asked, I would have opted for rotation. Rich Nichols said they would do it if I wanted. Since the van was already out of the service area, I declined. The remote start is listed as a $400 option for a new vehicle. I was a little surprised the price to add to my van was $600. Overall I have been happy with my dealing with Hendricks Honda. More
