I arrived a little early and Darlene welcomed me promptly and courteously. As she took my information she discovered there was a recall on my vehicle of which I was unaware. She added that to the service order. My wait time was not long the facility is very clean and the personnel are all nice and willing to help. I did have to make a return trip the next day due to a tire indicator light on the dash. I called Darlene and she told me to bring it in right away so it could be checked out. The tech who worked on my car checked everything and reset the light and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. Thank you for the caring service. More

He wanted me to be happy in my new car with the out the door price/payments that we agreed upon. He wanted to be sure that all of my needs were met and took extra time to explain details and features of the vehicle and lease. More

Love the Honda, not the dealer I'm on my 3rd car from Hendrick (not by choice) and the sales and service experience continues to go downhill. This time was by far the worst. Sales p I'm on my 3rd car from Hendrick (not by choice) and the sales and service experience continues to go downhill. This time was by far the worst. Sales people are useless in knowledge and effort. Clearly no one cared about our new car that was on order for over 6 weeks. We were told by the manager that they would maintain constant contact until the vehicle arrived. Not one call, text, or email relevant to the car, all while holding 5k of our money. Every time I called, no one cared, people avoided me and the story changed with every follow up. In the meantime the manager promised he would sell the vehicle sans addendum which they slapped on as soon as the car arrived. I had a conversation with sales to reiterate that I would not pay for additional items and we were told we would not be charged. Sure enough they gave us the piece of paper with the dealer added items and told we didn't have a choice. The general manager became confrontational and started shaking in anger when we refused to continue the deal. He threatened to refund our money and cancel the deal if we didn't agree. He became so agitated that he asked us into his office to avoid witnesses. He was rude and incredibly condescending to us throughout the process and the veins in his forehead suggest that he has serious anger issues. In the end he discounted the items and apologized profusely when he realized he had been caught. Absolutely inexcusable behavior for a business. I contacted American Honda and they are investigating the dealer. This all happened after several bad experiences both in sales and service. The service manager who caused many issues has since left, but they have a long way to go to reach mediocrity. I'd rather drive to Georgia than buy from Hendrick again. You've been cautioned, folks.
