She greets you with a big smile, takes the time to explain the necessary repair to you along with the cost involved, and she "cares" which is rare to find nowadays. Melanie V. is truly an asset to Hendrick Honda! I would also like to compliment the technicians that have worked on my vehicle (two times, two different repairs) and each time they diagnosed and repaired my vehicle correctly the first time which saves me time and money! Kudos to the Parts Department as well for having the parts in stock for an older 2003 Honda Pilot, again ... that saved me time and money, no repeat trips required. More
