I found her as soon as I walked up to the showroom. From the very start I felt no pressure from her on purchasing a car. As we started conversing on what I was looking for in a car and what I did and didn't want she immediately knew exactly how to direct me.. I basically felt like I could talk to her as if I'd known her forever. She was extremely patient with me ( I've been told I can be a bit picky when it comes down to purchasing a new vehicle) . So we left my husband inside!! I have NEVER had a car purchase go so smoothly. I'm well aware of the games played by past dealerships but this time was so different. What a great experience with Teresa. I have never felt so happy driving away with my new car. I applaud you and your dealership. You have a very satisfied customer. Leasing Experience We have been leasing 2 Hondas for years and dealing with Ted Pearsall. As we are now retired, we desired to turn in our Civic and CRV early with the We have been leasing 2 Hondas for years and dealing with Ted Pearsall. As we are now retired, we desired to turn in our Civic and CRV early with the intent of leasing only a new CRV. Knowing exactly what we wanted, Ted Pearsall was able to negotiate a wonderful deal with us over the phone. He had everything ready ready the next day when we arrived at the dealership. Ted had an unforeseen conflict. However, he prepped Mario Cubas concerning the entire deal. We were perfectly OK with this. Mario helped facilitate the completion of all necessary paperwork (except finance, which was very efficiently facilitated by George Case). Mario did an excellent professional job. He also did an excellent job explaining the new features on our CRV. Ted checked in with us, when he had a moment, to see if we were satisfied with the service we were receiving. Between Ted and Mario we had an exceptional experience leasing our new 2016 CRV EX . Both Ted and Mario followed up with a phone call to see if everything was going well with our new CRV. Hendrick Honda Daytona is fortunate to have two such dedicated, knowledgeable, professional;, and friendly salesman. More

REQUIRED MORE THAN EXPECTED MIKE WAS VERY GOOD. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING WELL. NOT HIS FAULT THAT WHILE I ONLY EXPECTED TO HAVE AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION, IT WOUND UP REQUIRING MIKE WAS VERY GOOD. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING WELL. NOT HIS FAULT THAT WHILE I ONLY EXPECTED TO HAVE AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION, IT WOUND UP REQUIRING MORE SERVICE TO A TOTAL OF ALMOST $300.. I DO FIND IT UPSETTING THAT FOR A CAR THAT DOESN'T HAVE 30,000 MILES IT ALREADY NEEDS THAT MUCH SERVICING.. I ALSO FIND THE WAITING ROOM VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR ANYTHING LONGER THAN 30 MINUTES. FOR 2 HOURS IT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.EVEN WITH THIS SAID, I WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE MY CAR SERVICED BY HONDA. More
Excellent Service by Teresa Benitez I had been to 3 other dealerships by the time I got to Hendrick Honda Daytona Tuesday (4/26/16) and was not planning on making the purchase that afte I had been to 3 other dealerships by the time I got to Hendrick Honda Daytona Tuesday (4/26/16) and was not planning on making the purchase that afternoon (I made that clear from the start). Actually I was not in the best of moods due to my prior experiences! Teresa was not pushy like the prior salesmen in other locations had been.. she simply found the cars that had the features that I mentioned, took me out on the lot, and then provided keys to test drive the ones I requested. Teresa was so warm and friendly and I felt I was working with someone who actually wanted to help me rather than someone who simply wanted to push a car on me! I REALLY liked the 2013 Honda Accord Coupe I drove but told her I would think about it. She simply introduced me to the manager, John Casey who quickly gave me the price before I left. He was also a very genuine, friendly person without the pushiness I had experienced from others earlier at other dealerships. I ended up calling Teresa later that evening to put a deposit on the car and returned the next day with my trade to make the transaction. Again, she was extremely helpful, making sure I knew everything I needed to know about the car before I drove it off the lot (including connecting the bluetooth, etc.) I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a car should ask for Teresa Benitez! The business office visit was also fairly painless and smooth with Todd Pierce who explained options, listened carefully when I had questions and then made suggestions based on my needs. Having been in many dealerships before, I have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had. Thank you so much especially Teresa as well as John and Todd. You guys rock! More
some things are not fair When I started shopping for a new car my credit rating was at 823. Because of the dealers (shopping around for rates) my credit went down to 775. I should have been given the preferred rate regardless. Other that that which is still burning my butt, the sales person Curtis was excellent ! I actually enjoyed buying a car from him. Usually it's something worse than childbirth. More
