Excellent service from Chuck Yesterday, I brought my Honda CRV Touring into Gary Yeoman Honda for its first service. Since this is a new dealership, I was a bit apprehensive, but Yesterday, I brought my Honda CRV Touring into Gary Yeoman Honda for its first service. Since this is a new dealership, I was a bit apprehensive, but Chuck greeted me promptly and put me at ease. He checked in with me throughout the process. This is the fourth Honda dealership, and Gary Yeoman Honda provided the excellent service l expect from a Honda dealership. More

Excellent service from Rich Had to have the 100,00 mile service on my 2012 Pilot. They did the timing belt, water pump, tensioner. spark plugs and whatever else goes along with Had to have the 100,00 mile service on my 2012 Pilot. They did the timing belt, water pump, tensioner. spark plugs and whatever else goes along with this major service. Rich Nichols was my advisor and he did an excellent job. I thought he gave me a very competitive price on the work. He paid attention to the details and the work was done professionally. Gary Yeomans does all my oil changes and service so as long as they can keep the car running as good as it does now I will have Rich write the order for the 200,000 mile service. More

My Million Dollar Ferrari To be greeted or acknowledged by the personnel while walking through the dealership is a pleasant experience. One would think I had driven in with a million dollar Ferrari or that my Honda Accord is a rolling work of art. The service department professionals are an integral part of this dealerships outstanding customer service and success. We as customers are treated as individuals whose concerns are of paramount importance. All maintenance although varying in importance are addressed, repaired adjusted, fixed etc in the same professional manor. Attention to detail is undeniable. The service advisors know their vehicles as do the well trained, experienced mechanics. The administrative personnel are pleasant and well informed. I observed Rich Nichols as he interacted with vehicle owner seated at his desk. Rich was focused on the vehicle owner’s questions and addressed his concerns. It was obvious that a satisfied customer drove off this day. More

Poor service and unnecessary service advised. Took 2013 CRV routine maintenance of oil change, tire rotation and rear differential service. Service advisor, Melissa Manfredi, reported that brake Took 2013 CRV routine maintenance of oil change, tire rotation and rear differential service. Service advisor, Melissa Manfredi, reported that brake fluid was excessively discolored and should have fluid exchange performed. Also that transmission fluid excessively discolored and transmission fluid should be replaced. In reality, the transmission service isn’t required for approximately another 15,000 miles and the brake fluid was flushed and refilled four months ago. So, neither service was needed. Nor was the injector flush she reported that I needed. When she was told that brake fluid had previously been done, she subsequently retracted my need for service stating the need was only based on time and mileage and not discolored brake fluid as previously reported. They were more than willing to perform or say they performed unnecessary service. Dishonest!! More
Too many counter offers and too much frustration! I was told via phone that their car sales were down due to the hurricane. I went to negotiate and it took 5 1/2 hours to get me where I knew my payme I was told via phone that their car sales were down due to the hurricane. I went to negotiate and it took 5 1/2 hours to get me where I knew my payments could be. Never did meet the goal for the loan term, but settled in the end. Got over 1/2 way home, and the speedometer went out in the car, then when taken to the service department, I was given a loaner while mine was repaired and told to bring the vehicle back with the same amount of gas as to when I left. Then paperwork to loan the car was thrown in front of me to be signed, but not given explanation as to what I was signing. They kept my new car three days and supposedly couldn't figure out what was wrong. I was asked to be given another car, which they brought to me only to find glue all down the side of the driver's side door. The said they would try and throw in some incentives for my trouble. They sent out one whole free oil change. Then today, I went to their website, and what is on the lot, but the car with the broken speedometer. Please go elsewhere! Buying a car shouldn't be this much of a horrible experience! More
