This is not the first time I have received terrible mechanic service at this dealership. I would not recommend this dealship to my worse enemy. I believe not one person should be singled out for this problem but the entire service department since you all are a team. More

Beware of "come ons." They called me to come in and test drive the latest model of the Honda Civic SI that I own and bought from them two years ago when they were Hendric They called me to come in and test drive the latest model of the Honda Civic SI that I own and bought from them two years ago when they were Hendrick Honda. I did. They promised me a gift card if I went in and did that. No gift card. A salesman scratched on a piece of paper that I could have $25.00 worth of credit in their parts department, good for one month. Gift card is a false "come on." I spoke to two more salesmen a few days later trying to convince me to buy a car and I told them about the gift card experience. Both of them said they would look into it and call me back. No call, but then, I did not expect one. I will never buy another car from them and I will have my Honda serviced someplace else. More

Consistant excellence and customer interaction I purchased my 2014 Honda Accord in October 2013. During my first maintenance/oil change visit I had a lengthy discussion with Rich Nichols. He was I purchased my 2014 Honda Accord in October 2013. During my first maintenance/oil change visit I had a lengthy discussion with Rich Nichols. He was very informative of the various functions of this vehicle, the long term pros and cons, etc. Accordingly, we explored the types of extended warrantees Honda had to offer, and how they would respond to potential vehicle maintenance and repairs. We picked the one that appeared to be most beneficial and discussed the finances thereof. As the years rolled by, Rich has handled every subsequent service visit. At times there were repairs/replacement required that were covered under the aforementioned warrantee. All maintenance and repairs were identified quickly, accurately, and repaired well. During each visit Rich kept me updated as to what the mechanic was finding, and how/how long the repairs would be. He also had me transported to a local restaurant for breakfast during the repairs. Rich provided a detailed explanation of everything that was performed during each visit, and what items should be addressed in the forthcoming months. And why. How the vehicle was performing ... as expected or if there were any unusual issues which we should watch out for. When the tires began to show wear, Rich explored the wear patterns and discussed the probable time/mileage of when they would need to be replaced. Rich also provided a print-out of various tires available for my vehicle. This print out disclosed the tire specifications, performance criteria, warrantee, and price. A good guide for when I eventually needed them. Almost a year after installing the new tires, and during a routine maintenance visit, Rich pointed out a problem (leak) in one of the tires and had it replaced within the warrantee. His consistent friendly and knowledgeable guidance is a big reason why I return to Gary Yeomans Honda for trusted service. And why I will probably buy my next car from Gary Yeomans Honda.
