Buying car So let me start by saying it was typical car buying experience like every person in this earth had or having. Same old number game, same old pushing t So let me start by saying it was typical car buying experience like every person in this earth had or having. Same old number game, same old pushing to buy Sh*** you don’t want to buy,deposit to hold car,deposit to do this and that. You all know what I’m talking about. So Friday after work around 4pm me and my wife decided to go and look and probably buy the new 2018 accord and trade my SI. Everything was going smooth despite all the pushing and shoving with all the numbers and things of that nature. All of a sudden they don’t have the car I wanted which was metallic grey with black leather. It’s 7pm folks... with 2 kids 3/9 yrs old. This guy come to tell me ‘WE DONT HAVE THE EXACT ONE AND IF WE HAVE TO GET IT YOU GOTTA PAY EXTRA $500 for transfer ‘ oh really !!!! After few more back and forth this guy tells me he will pay for transfer from his pocket... LMAO... why do you guys say these immature things?? Why would you pay for my car even if it’s $10??? Then few more big fish come to tell me I don’t want black leather bcoz of. Florida weather its get too hot and xxxx. Really !!!! I’m paying for car, who are you to tell me what to get and if. You wanna sell car to people out there you need to provide what they want. Simple customer service period. So overall very bad experience and waste of 4hrs. Sam old HENDRICKS HONDA. Warranty This dealership had my car 4 days and the problem still was not fixed. Also, my car was done in 3 days(so I was told), however, the dealship failed to This dealership had my car 4 days and the problem still was not fixed. Also, my car was done in 3 days(so I was told), however, the dealship failed to inform me my car was ready so it sat for a day. This is not the first time I have received terrible mechanic service at this dealership. I would not recommend this dealship to my worse enemy. I believe not one person should be singled out for this problem but the entire service department since you all are a team. More

Beware of "come ons." They called me to come in and test drive the latest model of the Honda Civic SI that I own and bought from them two years ago when they were Hendric They called me to come in and test drive the latest model of the Honda Civic SI that I own and bought from them two years ago when they were Hendrick Honda. I did. They promised me a gift card if I went in and did that. No gift card. A salesman scratched on a piece of paper that I could have $25.00 worth of credit in their parts department, good for one month. Gift card is a false "come on." I spoke to two more salesmen a few days later trying to convince me to buy a car and I told them about the gift card experience. Both of them said they would look into it and call me back. No call, but then, I did not expect one. I will never buy another car from them and I will have my Honda serviced someplace else. More
