I had a Was welcomed and taken to my Service Specialist Mike Taylor’s office. He e gave me a comprehensive estimate and deducted the coupons I had. I always deal with Mike and look forward to my next visit to keep my car in top shape. I love the new digs! More

Rich Nichols was my service representative and I appreciate the professional manner in which he took care of my car. He explained everything in detail on what service was suggested. He answered all my questions. Nancy Walworth , who has been the service representative in the past but is now in a new role, spoke with me and made sure my car's service was correct. It was a good experience. The new waiting room is very attractive and comfortable. The staff was excellent. More
New car My husband and I have owned Hondas since 1977 and have loved every one that we’ve had, so when it was time for a new vehicle there was no question it My husband and I have owned Hondas since 1977 and have loved every one that we’ve had, so when it was time for a new vehicle there was no question it would be a Honda. In July 2018 we went to look at and price 2 different models at Gary Yoeman Honda. The new showroom is spacious and beautiful. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, professional and willing to do all they can to satisfy their customer. We were so pleased with the attention and service we received we left there with a new vehicle. We would highly recommend Gary Yoeman Honda for a great product and excellent service. More

It happened to be a day when they were cooking out burgers and hot dogs My husband and I had a very nice first visit to the new facility for service. It happened to be a day when they were cooking out burgers and hot dogs which was great. Personnel couldn’t have been nicer. Our old time sales rep Nadar was not working that day, so was a little disappointed not seeing him. As far as the car service, it was done in a timely fashion. However, on the ride back home we noticed the new sticker they place in the upper left of the windshield did not reflect the correct date or mileage for our vehicle. More

Grand New Facility, Helpful Knowledgeable Staff The new facility is awesome. Makes the wait for your car pleasant. You don’t have to sit in front of a blaring TV. There are plenty of quieter places for readers to go. The new bistro cafe has good food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Being able to watch the cars being worked on in a pristinely clean shop was a nice distraction. And the hot beverage machine is amazing, delivering coffeehouse specials at a touch of a button. We really like our Service Advisor, Rich Nichols. He has always been helpful on the phone and in person. Clear explanations made. Though farther away, we won’t mind coming back to get our car serviced. More
Deceived and disappointed Helping my son buy his first new car only to be dissapointed beyond belief. We called the dealership and received a verbal and emailed quote and set an appointment to drive 2 hours to buy the car the following day. Before leaving to drive down we confirmed the price of the vehicle and specifically asked if it was there were any other fees other than the dealers fee and again told no. When we arrived we were sat down to complete a paper indicating our offer and if you’ve ever shopped for a car you know what I’m talking about. I said our offer is the email that “you” sent. Bottom line, the “best he could do” after adding two “fees” was $1600 more than we agreed upon. What was ironic was as we were being told about these fees we were being lectured how other dealers lie or don’t tell you about additional fees until you get there! One of the additional fees is a pro package that we were told “every Honda dealer charges”, really?? Then why didn’t you mention it or better yet, why was it not part of the price quote? Anthony Macchia is the name of the sales manager. We left without a car. To give them a chance we called back the following day to talk to Anthony and he defended the additional fees that were never discussed before we drive two hours. I have purchased three new Hondas since 2001 and all three experiences were nothing like this. We went to Toyota and Suburu and they have been up front about everything. In the end my son accepted a Honda Insght from the first local dealer we went into as they called us back to accept our offer. We knew it was good because it was $500 lower than what we offered Yeoman’s and Anthony said if I can get it at that price anywhere else I needed to buy it. Best advice that is not personal: compare NHTSA crash test data before you look especially if the car is for a loved one. More
