First service in new location My 2016 CR V needed and oil change and tire rotation. As I entered the new service bay the door automatically opened and I was greeted by Nancy Walwo My 2016 CR V needed and oil change and tire rotation. As I entered the new service bay the door automatically opened and I was greeted by Nancy Walworth, who then introduced me to Service Advisor Lisa Klarich. I usually deal with Rich Nichols, but he was off that day. Lisa took care of the paperwork in a speedy and efficient manner and I then went into the new showroom and customer waiting area. The new coffee machine had quite a variety of selections and a young man helped me when I needed assistance with selecting a decaf coffee, adding in the french vanilla flavoring, great choice. He also showed me that a decaf tea was also available, as well as hot chocolate and regular coffee. I then wandered through the showroom and saw my favorite salesman, Nader Girgis. He helped a friend of mine that just lost her husband select the perfect vehicle for her, a new CR V in her favorite color. He is always there to help his customers. I went back out to the service bay and was looking at all of the new technology located there. A young man, originally from Panama, sorry that I didn't get his name, explained the new tools available to them, checking alignment, tread depth and a couple of more items, even before the vehicle is taken by the mechanics to the service area. By the time I finished my coffee, my CR V was ready and they even did a complimentary car wash, which was appreciated. Lisa handled the payment in her office and I was on my way. The Gary Yeomans Honda store is something to see, large, convenient and friendly people. I will be back. More
