I called Gary Yeoman's service department and a very pleasant re My 2015 Honda Accord's "service required" light reminded me it was maintenance time. I called Gary Yeoman's service department and a very pleasant rep helped me set a convenient time for me to take my car in. Upon my arrival, I was directed into the service check in area by a very friendly guy (sorry I don't recall his name) who checked me in and introduced me to Scott Wenzel, my service advisor. Scott explained the service my car needed and answered my questions, then directed me to the waiting area. In just under one hour, technician Krys Knowles had compleated the service and my car had also been washed. Service advisor, Scott Wenzel helped me with my paperwork, then escorted me to my car. More

Lisa Klarich promptly assisted me as soon as I arrived for my scheduled appointment. The work was done within the time frame as well as the price she had quoted. The multi-point check protocol that was also performed, as with all service visits, was thorough. The car wash was an added plus. More

Jessica Sasser introduced us to the many benefits of dealing with Yeoman Honda and answered coutless questions. Ron S., in finance was professional, courteous and straight forward. When there was some confusion about the terms of the sale, Haitham Fakhoury, the managing partner, stepped in and resolved them quickly and to my satisfaction. This dealership is more responsive to customer needs than any I have dealt with in my 60 years of buying cars. A Class Act!! More
