My service was great. I dropped the car off on Saturday afternoon without an appointment because it was not starting. I had some other concerns so I told her I would call Maribel on Monday since they were closing early. I went over everything with Maribel on Monday and they did a thorough check. Everything else was fine so they replaced the battery and the car bus running fine. More
They are not transparent with pricing for oil change. Brought my car in for warranty service and decided to have a oil changed at the same time. I had a coupon for $39.95. When I spoke to service advisor she stated for $49.95 they can do an oil change and tire rotation. I said ok. I signed papers for the quoted price. When I went to pick up car their was an additional $35 for shop fees. I spoke to service manager who said it is in the paperwork I signed. Like most people I didn’t read the entire document since it was an oil change. I told the device manager that this lacks transparency. The coupon doesn’t mention additional fees, the website doesn’t mention extra fees and the service advisor did not mention extra fees. $85 for an oil change and tire rotation is a rip off. This dealer, and it may be all, are not transparent and rip people off. Beware. Update: Spoke to a sales manager next business day. He said he would make it right. He stated it was a billing error and the fees should have been charged to the warranty work. He refunded my money as promised. In the end, I’m satisfied with the outcome. More
