Myself and my wife initially were waiting for service to be done on our vehicles. A member of the sales team at Gary Yeoman’s (Kelly), started the process by making us feel as if we needed a new car; even t be done on our vehicles. Each did an exceptional job making us feel comfortable with our purchases. Another great element to our experience was Dan in the finance department. He went out of his way to jump every issue that could come up, which made us both feel mire relaxed about our decisions.
