Singling Out My Service Rep, Mr. Spiros Kupsidas Front Windshield had to be replaced. The Window company identified numerous safety issues in Windshield camera which had to be corrected, but weren't Front Windshield had to be replaced. Called Honda and talked to Service Rep Spiros Kupsidas and he told me to bring it right in and they would correct it immediately. Upon arrival, Spiros met me and told me he would have everything fixed in an hour. And he did. He explained what had to be done and within an hour everything was accomplished. Mr. Spiros Kupsidas provided me totally OUTSTANDING and EXCEPTIONAL service. He is a total credit to Gary Yeomans Honda, and the most important reasons why I will bring my car back for service. More

On March 16, 2020, I wrote a service review for Gary Yeomans Honda for my first service at this dealership. In this review, I mentioned that there didn’t appear to be any sales staff in the service wai Yeomans Honda for my first service at this dealership. In this review, I mentioned that there didn’t appear to be any sales staff in the service waiting area. Early the next morning, I received an email from Peg Jensen, Internet Sales Specialist at Gary Yeomans Honda. The email was to let me know who she was and if I needed anything to let her know. I replied with thank you and I would call if I needed anything. The next day, I received a call from Peg; she seemed very nice and in no way tried to pressure me for anything. I mentioned that I had been thinking about trading cars, but the stock market was playing havoc with our income. I assured her if I decided to do anything, I’d call her. On Friday morning, I sent her an email spelling out what I had to trade, what I wanted to trade for, and what I’d be willing to pay to make the trade. I stated that if she was 99.9% sure she could make this happen, to let me know and I’d drive up to Daytona Beach. About noon, I received a call from Pegs sales manager with what he’d be able to do, once he inspected my trade in. After the inspection of my trade in, and a little haggling, I made the trade. I feel that I received an excellent trade. About an hour later, I drove my new 2020 Accord Touring, white with Ivory interior home. This all happened because of a follow up by Peg Jensen. I could tell, when I first met her, she cares about her job , and cares even more about her customers. Way to go Peg. I’ve traded cars many time during the past 55 years, and this was one of the easiest trades ever. More
