Gary Yeomans Ford of Ocala - Service Center

I took my truck to have the transmission checked. I HAVE EXTENDED WARRANTY. After taking it 1 time to Ford Belleview and 3 times to Gary Yeomans north and being without a car four times for 8 weeks I HAVE EXTENDED WARRANTY. After taking it 1 time to Ford Belleview and 3 times to Gary Yeomans north and being without a car four times for 8 weeks and not recognizing the extended warranty to date they are still guessing what the solution is. They started by changing the oil, then the transmission, now they want to change the catalyst converter, the computer, etc, etc, etc. They have no idea, equipment or personnel that can find a solution. I'm not the only one who goes through this poor customer service. Every time I go there are at least 5 different people with the same situation. I will look in another state for a mechanic that will give serious and honest service to my Ford cars. More

This was my first visit with the Service Dept. Mike Hall was excellent in providing information about the issue I was having. They did have to keep my F-150 for several days. However I was provided with very prompt curtesy ride back home and return travel when my truck was ready. The issue was resolved and they even washed my truck making it look shinny and new again! I will certainly return with any service/maintenance requirements in the future. Highly recommend Mike Hall in the Service Dept. More

This had to be the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership they tried to take advantage from a elderly man to the point of in my opinion was just not even legal. This was my first encounter with this dealership. I took in my Escape for a recall repair. I received a prompt, friendly greeting. I waited in the customer lounge while the repair was done. The area was very nice and comfortable with complementary coffee and snacks. The repair took a couple of hours, which was expected. I also received a complementary car wash. I commend them for an overall, very pleasant experience. More

I bought a car a week ago from gary yeomans ford of ocala. we purchased the car with Claire. I called into see if a car was available, which was no longer available. That Honestly wasn't a problem be ocala. we purchased the car with Claire. I called into see if a car was available, which was no longer available. That Honestly wasn't a problem because she already had another car lined up, 100% to my liking with full intentions of keeping me within my budget. Not once in the HOURS we spent with Claire did she ever try to push us out of our budget. Even when what we wanted seemed impossible to achieve. Claire 100% listened to our needs. When the manager Brain came over to run through numbers, Claire would meticulously pay attention to everything he was doing. The thing I appreciated most about Claire was she wasn't afraid to ask questions about what brain was doing and he would give thorough explanations. If he missed anything WE said Claire wasn't ever afraid to be our voice. She beautifully worked in our favor while still being able to show her and Brain were on the same team. Which is such an amazing characteristic to have in the car sales business. Our 1st afternoon with Claire we weren't not able to reach deal, but that didn't stop our girl Claire the next morning she had another car lined up and ready to be brought into town from another area. Which is exactly what we asked for! little did we know Brian was still trying to pull for our deal to be worked out. which with great success HIM and Claire were able to pull off exactly what we wanted. Claire remained by our side throughout the whole process. made sure we really loved the car! Never once made us feel like we were asking for too much! never once made us feel like we needed to revise our search. she went above and beyond to make us feel like we can absolutely stay in our budget. Never once ever attempted to show us anything that didn't meet our needs. After dealing with easily 15 other car sales men from Orlando, leesburg to ocala for over a month. Claire made us feel at home, in charge, never manipulate, no power plays , 100% respects what her customers are asking for. We will never shop for a car with anyone else. We are now forever apart of the Gary Yeomans Ford of ocala! Thank you so Much Brain and Claire for such a pleasurable car buying experience. More
