Every time I stopped into the Ford dealership Mr. Richard Stager helped me. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and just an awesome person. I have spoken to a lot of sales mangers and Mr Rich is Richard Stager helped me. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and just an awesome person. If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle I would strongly recommend you going into the Ford Dealership in Ocala Fl and ask for Rich he knows his stuff and will help you out as much as he can. I ordered a super duty 350 Lariat in the beginning of March 2022, at the store in Ocala Florida. Put a deposit down. It took 11 months. I did receive a call that my truck had arrived a month ago. I was out of town at the time and informed the sales person that I would be back in the are mid to late February. It's hard for me to believe that this happened, but apparently someone from another one of Gary Yeoman's dealerships came, took my truck and sold it to someone else. I've heard, "I'm sorry" from the sales manager at the dealership in The Villages (the folks that stole my truck), but does sorry really cut it? He gladly offered to order another truck for me. I do love Ford trucks. But after the length of time it is taking Ford to produce new super duty vehicles and this debacle do you think I want to order another truck from this dealership? It is hard to feel good about working with Gary Yeoman's Ford. In fact, I'm not sure that I'll be seeking a Ford truck again. This is the worst example of customer service imaginable. I was informed about this mess 5 days ago and one would think that Gary Yeoman himself would be on the phone to me apologizing profusely. But honestly, it doesn't even seem like the dealership cares. So...good luck working with this bunch. More
absolutely the most helpful and wonderful dealership in a 100 mile radius. They go out of their way to help and satisfy. I took my truck to have the transmission checked. I HAVE EXTENDED WARRANTY. After taking it 1 time to Ford Belleview and 3 times to Gary Yeomans north and being without a car four times for 8 weeks I HAVE EXTENDED WARRANTY. After taking it 1 time to Ford Belleview and 3 times to Gary Yeomans north and being without a car four times for 8 weeks and not recognizing the extended warranty to date they are still guessing what the solution is. They started by changing the oil, then the transmission, now they want to change the catalyst converter, the computer, etc, etc, etc. They have no idea, equipment or personnel that can find a solution. I'm not the only one who goes through this poor customer service. Every time I go there are at least 5 different people with the same situation. I will look in another state for a mechanic that will give serious and honest service to my Ford cars. More
This was my first visit with the Service Dept. Mike Hall was excellent in providing information about the issue I was having. They did have to keep my F-150 for several days. However I was provided with very prompt curtesy ride back home and return travel when my truck was ready. The issue was resolved and they even washed my truck making it look shinny and new again! I will certainly return with any service/maintenance requirements in the future. Highly recommend Mike Hall in the Service Dept. More

This was my first encounter with this dealership. I took in my Escape for a recall repair. I received a prompt, friendly greeting. I waited in the customer lounge while the repair was done. The area was very nice and comfortable with complementary coffee and snacks. The repair took a couple of hours, which was expected. I also received a complementary car wash. I commend them for an overall, very pleasant experience. More
