There is 1 star instead of 0 because it wouldn’t let me rate it without it! This is the WORST dealership ever!!!! We would never do business with them again, nor would we ever recommend them! We located the car on the internet, called the dealership, and the sales guy, Gabriel Everson (Gabe) started working with my husband. We received a total breakdown/final cost,which had the date,the salesperson, the Manager (Juan Dominguez) a deal number and customer ID. My husband received an email from LaRissa Fowler, the Internet Manager, personalized with his name..”Congratulations, and thank you for your business. We hope you enjoy your new Mustang. Gabe will be in contact so we can finish the paperwork for you” ..they were provided with everything they asked for! We had money transferred and ready to go, When we didn’t hear from Gabe my husband texted,and I emailed (with no response I might add) …he finally answered my husband, said he needed insurance cards(which our broker had already sent through) Gabe told my husband the paperwork would be overnighted, the car would most likely be set up to be transported the following Monday,etc. In a very short time, my husband then got a text from Gabe..”They decided to sell your Mustang to someone local today. I’m sorry”…no call, just a cowards text! This was a graduation gift for our son, and he was over the top excited. When I had to tell him he was devastated! I got on the phone to the dealership…Gabe would not come to the phone, LaRisa didn’t answer her cell, until I used a phone with a California number..I got a call right back! I heard over and over how sorry, they were, they know how we feel, etc..they would look for a new car with everything my son wanted. When Gabe wouldn’t pick up, I was assured by Stevenson (manager) “he was working with LaRisa to make it right, they made a huge mistake”. It was all lies after lies!! Of course LaRissa called back 2 times with cars that were not what we wanted or more money! I had left messages for April Youmans (owner relations manager) Shawn Slavin (General Manager) …I also told Stevenson and LaRissa that I wanted a call back from the General Manager-nothing!! It’s truly a shame how this dealership treated us.. how they sold the car when we had a deal. Shame on all of them! More
Tristian Hester is great salesman. Very friendly, but also very professional. He inquired if I was looking to have the same features as my trade in. He took me to a vehicle that had Very friendly, but also very professional. He inquired if I was looking to have the same features as my trade in. He took me to a vehicle that had not only what my trade in has, but more. He spent time showing features that were new to me. He would pause to ask me if I had any questions. He took me to see other models to see the colors but not loaded with all the features the blue one had. Walked out with the blue. During the paper process he stayed with me. He was just great. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Ford to go see him. Thank you Tristian More
They will sell you crap vehicles and not care at all, when you have issues. I purchased a 2019 explorer limited. The day after bringing the vehicle home the battery went out. I brought the explorer back up to the dealership, the sales person took it to service bays within 5 minutes, came back to me, and said nothing was wrong with the explorer. Well, a few days later I ended up broke down at a street light needing random people to help push me off the road and I had to walk to purchase a new battery because the old battery was bad and needed replaced. ( But there was nothing wrong with the battery a few days ago🤔🙄). When purchasing this vehicle, I was told there was a warranty, but nope, that was a lie. There is no warranty. Also the suv acts as if the transmission is going out when the gears switch from first to second, also if in on an incline the vehicle will roll back or forward as if it is a stick shift. The rotors and brakes are bad, (They have been grinding and squealing since about 3 weeks after getting the dang suv). They absolutely do not care about their customers!!!!!!!! They will say they are going to call you back and never do. They will say you are important but you are not!!!!!!!! Your money is what is important to this company and only that!!!!!!! I have spoken to multiple managers and it's always the same "I will see what I can do and call you back." But then NEVER call back and NEVER help and then AVOID you when you call them for updates. More
Took my F-150 in to have the AC repaired. Service was prompt and the AC was fixed in one day. Very satisfied with the Service Dept. Will return in the future for any maintenance requirements. Every time I stopped into the Ford dealership Mr. Richard Stager helped me. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and just an awesome person. I have spoken to a lot of sales mangers and Mr Rich is Richard Stager helped me. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and just an awesome person. I have spoken to a lot of sales mangers and Mr Rich is the best. If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle I would strongly recommend you going into the Ford Dealership in Ocala Fl and ask for Rich he knows his stuff and will help you out as much as he can. I'm sure that what I'm about to type will be completely shocking to most, simply based on the unbelievable professionalism I received from Gary Yeoma I'm sure that what I'm about to type will be completely shocking to most, simply based on the unbelievable professionalism I received from Gary Yeoman's Ford of Ocala. I ordered a super duty 350 Lariat in the beginning of March 2022, at the store in Ocala Florida. Put a deposit down. It took 11 months. I did receive a call that my truck had arrived a month ago. I was out of town at the time and informed the sales person that I would be back in the are mid to late February. It's hard for me to believe that this happened, but apparently someone from another one of Gary Yeoman's dealerships came, took my truck and sold it to someone else. I've heard, "I'm sorry" from the sales manager at the dealership in The Villages (the folks that stole my truck), but does sorry really cut it? He gladly offered to order another truck for me. I do love Ford trucks. But after the length of time it is taking Ford to produce new super duty vehicles and this debacle do you think I want to order another truck from this dealership? It is hard to feel good about working with Gary Yeoman's Ford. In fact, I'm not sure that I'll be seeking a Ford truck again. This is the worst example of customer service imaginable. I was informed about this mess 5 days ago and one would think that Gary Yeoman himself would be on the phone to me apologizing profusely. But honestly, it doesn't even seem like the dealership cares. So...good luck working with this bunch. More
