They treat you like your stupid. I traded my 2006 Durango with several up grades in for a 2011 Fusion. When the deal was first made my other half thought mine was 2005. When I pointed out the year difference a short round fat guy gave me such BS. Showed me a site at trade in value not using the one from before. It was a 4000.00 difference. The guy insulted me only giving 200.00, stating reason why was a chip in my hood they would have to paint. Which they didn't. So I felt very ripped off and the worse thing is my other half bought a 2017 F350 from them as well, seems they would have taken better care of me. Specially since I do have to refinish the bumper from bug damage on mine and the stone chips on my hood. Just didn't like being treated like I was stupid and given the BS. This is why dealerships have a bad rep. Would not tell anyone to go there. Trevor was great just upper BS managers. More

Deceptive Liars Well I wish I would have looked at some reviews before deciding to waste my time going here! This ford dealer is Misleading and Deceptive. I contacted them regarding an 2015 Lincoln MKC they were advertising as it was the color I wanted. They were very eager to make a sale. I offered them an all cash out the door price that was a very fair for a base vehicle in excellent condition with 22K+ miles and absolutely NO OPTIONS whatsoever, derived from the research I did on edmunds appraisal, etc. Reginald, the sales rep wrote me back with his approval and wanted me to come in. I stated I lived far away and did not want to come in unless we had agreed on the price. He replied that my offer was close enough that he would see it happening and to come in and meet with the manager to complete the sale. I drove more than 2 hours one way to the dealership to find the car they were selling was a loaner car for the past 2 years given to customers who left their vehicles for repairs and it had numerous scratches, rock chips, and even a dent on the outside and the inside and was by no means in excellent condition, but average vehicle about a 7.6 out of 10. I litterally had to request the car be washed as it was dirty with stains, and bird droppings which did an excellent job hiding some of the blemishes. The car itself felt and drove fine and seemed to have no mechanical issues just cosmetics and worn tires. When we sat down to do the paperwork, Pat Candelora the manager came over and immediately boosted the price by $3500. I told him the sales rep Reginald already accepted my previous offer, I had to search but found and showed him the email. Pat just said the "sales people would like to sell the car lower but they don't know what the real retail numbers are" as an excuse. I told him the car was worth far less in the condition than it was in and gave an offer where it should be of $1000 less, if anything not $3500 more as it needs cosmetic reconditioning and new tires very soon. Pat insisted full retail price for a top condition vehicle and did not care that his sales rep lied to get you in the door. These guys are an unprofessional and Dishonest dealership and because of them I spent unnecessary cash on a carfax, full tank of gas, and also spent the whole day driving to Ocala and back home. They should of just told me the real over inflated price right off the bat and saved me from wasting a day instead of lying. DO NOT BOTHER HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT! Writing this review so others can be warned as I wish I read something like this first. More

Sorry, I forgot the finance managers name but he was great too While most people would agree that buying a car is not generally a pleasant experience the people at Ford of Ocala made the experience comfortable and we felt respected. We definitely recommend Ford of Ocala and would certainly deal with them again. And last but not least, our new shiny new red truck is fabulous👍 More

Everyone, at the dealership made it a very pleasant selling and buying experience. Everyone at Ocala Ford makes you feel like you're important. Everyone, treats you with empathy and respect. They know that buying and or selling a vehicle today could be very stressful event; however, the Ocala Ford team made it EASY, COMFORTABLE and actually ENJOYABLE! I strongly recommend this dealership to ANYONE looking to buy, sell or trade their present vehicle in for a FORD or LINCOLN; you will not be disappointed! More
Overall Good Experience I started off with an excellent sales person, which is always good. I had some issues when coming in to get my car detailed, but when I had a minor p I started off with an excellent sales person, which is always good. I had some issues when coming in to get my car detailed, but when I had a minor problem with the car, their Manager Pat, bent over backwards to get it fixed. They literally went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. My husband and I really appreciated Anthony being so professional and his, Pat's and Shauna's genuine concern for our piece of mind. Pat, Anthony and Shauna were very nice to work with and I really appreciate all three of them taking good care of us. More
