Excellent Experience Our Taurus was rear ended on SR 40 on Sunday 4/2. The car could not be driven so we had it towed to Ocala Ford. The first person we saw was a kind r Our Taurus was rear ended on SR 40 on Sunday 4/2. The car could not be driven so we had it towed to Ocala Ford. The first person we saw was a kind receptionist named Tamika who offered us cold water and arranged for a taxi to take us to a hotel. Before a taxi arrived she introduced us to a young sales person - Phillip Todd. He was both friendly and helpful in giving us boxes to unload items from car to take to the hotel. On Monday morning we made arrangements to have our car taken to an auto body shop and rented a car to take us home to Tallahassee. Due to the extent of the damage to our car we decided to return to Ocala Ford to search for a new Taurus. We again asked for Phillip, an ex-military man, who showed us a new Taurus explaining all of its features and allowing us to test drive it. We bought the new Taurus from him and would highly recommend him to anyone considering the purchase of a new car. The financial arrangements were made with Paris Holley who was very professional and knowledgeable. More
