Flex with fantastic service! Shauna was amazing! We went through the process of building my Ford, and a week later she called me to tell me that they were no longer making the 201 Shauna was amazing! We went through the process of building my Ford, and a week later she called me to tell me that they were no longer making the 2017 model I had ordered, but she had found 3 vehicles that met most of my previous order specifications. Shauna went over each of them with us. Once we decided on one (located in another state), she had it available for pick up at our local dealership the next day! The entire staff made sure to answer all the questions we had and even had a valet key made for us. Seriously, best experience we've ever had at a dealership! Beyond happy with my Flex and my Ford Dealership's staff and service! More
