My review I arrived knowing what I was after!! Immediately I was shown the trucks I was interested in. I chose the ones I thought were best suited for my budget I arrived knowing what I was after!! Well my credit and the bank weren't having that so one of the reps said "hey let's try a newer truck" still working with my trade in and 0 down they found a great truck 2014 30k+ miles and did everything they could to keep my budget in mind!!!! These people are respectful, helpful, caring and bend over backwards to get you in the vehicle you want. Wow thank you Ford of Ocala. More

From the moment Giovanni approached us in the lot, we felt very comfortable and at ease. He was very knowledgeable and nice, and never tried to pressure us into buying a car we didn't like. He drove us up and down the lot and when we decided on a model we liked, he made sure to show us all our options. He was very accommodating, especially to the two children we had with us. The dealership itself was very clean and professional, despite construction work outside. I always though buying a car would be a stressful experience but Ford of Ocala and its wonderful staff made it stress-free and helped us leave the dealership with a car! Thank you! More

I went to Ford of Ocala for price estimates since my old car become immobilize , my original goal was to check out their 2017 focuses and fiestas. Ms Diamond Marshall was my sale representative and she exceeded all my expectations for customer service. She showed me everything that I was interested in and answered every single question I had in full detail, as well as demonstrated extremely hospitality, offering drinks and snacks durning my entire vist which lasted the entire afternoon about 10:30 am to roughly 4 pm. when I told her my price range she showed me new and some gently used models and enforced ford's protocol of test driving before leaving the lot with a vehicle and I gotta say I am very happy she did so otherwise I may not of left with my Ford Focus Titanium . Durning out test drive she talked about all the features and durning said ride I fell in love with it , it was perfect . She made the time fly by , awaiting my credit check by giving thoughtful and meaningful conversation asking about myself and my mother who was with me at the time and sharing good laughs ; I didn't feel like I was in a car dealership it felt far more comfortable and I was very appreciative of that . She cared I find what was right for me and didn't push for something extremely outta budget, which I find more more dealerships do nowadays .I After the paper work was signed I moved to Lance Abahier, the finance manager who made the signing of the finalized loan contract very quick and rather enjoyable, he was ensured that my new car would have all the coverage that I desired ensuring I didn't spend a fortune. Then along came Blane Greer the general sales manager who wanted to thank me and my mother for our time there asking about our vist which by that time I was beyond impressed . He also shared with me information about the unque Smart trnasmisssion the Ford model that I now had telling me details about it I would have never thought to have asked about. I thanked him for his excellent services and amazing staff however before I would met back up with Ms Diamond Marshall to go over in greater depth about the internal features of my new car he presented me with a Mustang poster showing every model of Mustang Ford has ever came out with and it was pretty awesome I wasn't expecting it . Ending who who I orginally started with Ms Marshall she walked me though all the features of the car tell me Ford has replaced the battery along with some other components that didn't really need to be replaced but did so ensuring my new ride was in perfect shape . All this is thanks to Stacey Oliver who was the first responder to my email detailing the models within my price range and establishing an appointment for the following day. However she could not make the appointment she originally made so her associate and friend Diamond Marshall took over . Very quick , curious and by far the best customer performance I had ever experienced trying to find a car. I find this is the go to place to find a car new or gently used . Very highly recommend the only thing I would change is the ratting because 5 starts can only show so much appreciation . You guys get 6 outta 5 starts the best of the very best . My further business will be with Ford of Ocala exclusively . More
