Stay Away Worst dealership ever, ripped me off for $18,000. Tried to get in touch with the GM Steve Hollosi when I realized how much they got me for, and they Worst dealership ever, ripped me off for $18,000. Tried to get in touch with the GM Steve Hollosi when I realized how much they got me for, and they kept referring me to some other guy. I bought two cars the same day and they screwed me on both of them. After complaining about the Focus I bought, they did let me trade up to a CPO Taurus. They just rolled the amount over they got me for the first time and added sales tax once again. Another trick they pulled was that they gave me two different trade in values for the Focus. If I picked the better equipped Taurus, my trade was worth $2K less than if I picked the lesser equipped vehicle I was looking at. Huh? At the end of the day, the Taurus is worth $18K and I financed $30K. The Mustang I bought is worth $20K and I paid $26K. I have had multiple problems with the Mustang and at least they are working with me on getting those fixed. In addition, they pencil whip the CPO paperwork, including the oil change they are supposed to do. My best advice is to work with Brandon Ford where I am trading these vehicles in at when I'm ready. If you do go to Ocala Ford, bring lots of money that you are willing to lose. They will be happy to take it! I have bought fourteen new cars to date and I have never had any issues like this before. More

They asked our price range and what we were looking for and found us a car that met our needs and price. They even brought one up from another location which ended up being our car! They were very accommodating and helpful right up till the moment I drove off the lot with my new car and we never felt pushed toward a sale. They answered all of our questions and worked toward our requests. When it came time to work with finance Paris was great to help meet our needs. I would do business here again. More
