My 2011 Ford F 150 with 130,000± miles on it had a transmission issue. When I brought it in Mr. Dennis Moore assisted me. He stated that there would be a charge to diagnose the problem and that it mig transmission issue. When I brought it in Mr. Dennis Moore assisted me. He stated that there would be a charge to diagnose the problem and that it might take a few days. It did. He kept me informed of the progress throughout. He researched and found that the warranty had been extended on the specific issue. When the issue was resolved it was at no cost. Mr. Moore did an exceptional job towards me as a customer and also as a representative for Ford of Ocala. Great place to do business. More
Ford of Ocala came to my rescue on 5/08/21 when Galloway Ford in Fort Myers, FL left me stranded on a trip north. On 5/05 my 2016 Ford Escape had a 3 hour service at Galloway. Apparently no one checked the battery because on 5/07 my battery was dead. The battery was charged overnight but still "hesitated" when starting on 5/08. I was concerned that the car might not start when I stopped for gas, but I did not want to return to Galloway and waste another day. I was sure I could find someplace to install a new battery along the way. True I could find a battery but no one wanted to install it. My son set about (from his office) trying to find a dealership. Ocala was the most available and most courteous one. The service department installed a new battery very quickly. The staff was concerned and helpful, getting me on my way quickly and securely. THANK YOU to the staff and the management who trained them. Hats off to Brandon Ramirez. More
Ford of Ocala has the worst service department I have ever dealt with in over 20 years of being a faithful Ford buyer. My 2019 expedition has been here since January 23, 2021 to have a transmission issu ever dealt with in over 20 years of being a faithful Ford buyer. My 2019 expedition has been here since January 23, 2021 to have a transmission issue addressed that had been banging into gear since it was 30 days old. As of today March 26th this dealer has not got the vehicle on a lift to even diagnose the problem. This is the worst service ever. If you like getting the run around this is the dealer for you. More

The Service Department in which Pam Wade was my service provider did a superior job in detecting and correcting not just my engine issues but other outliers that was impacting the performance of my 2005 Ford Five Hundred. I truly can't say enough of my appreciation and thank you to Pam and her team in repairing my old horse. I'm riding good now!! Thank you everyone at Ford of Ocala!! More

Very easy transaction. They offered more for my trade than any other dealership. In fact, it was 4000 more. I went online and filled out some information and they called me. Pat knew who I was and why I was coming. A salesman was ready and showed me exactly what I wanted. The deal was smooth and easy. I couldn't ask for more. Doug and Pat were great as was the appraiser, but I didn't get his name. Fantastic dealership. More
Horrible Experience in Service Dept This service department damaged this car on so many fronts and created safety Hazards. They damaged the brake system by contaminating reservoirs. This service department damaged this car on so many fronts and created safety Hazards. They damaged the brake system by contaminating reservoirs. They worked on the A/C 3 times and still could not fix it (after charging $2k) They cant even torque the wheels on the car. The put in the wrong transmission fluid on a transmission fluid. Now the transmission is dying. Hobb Reardon, Donna Vezina, and Steve Holos worked dilligently to cover it up. I suggest you go elsewhere, be fre they use the damage they cause to your car as their next source of revenue. More
3 weeks at the Dealership and no Diagnosis! My van broke down and would not start up again with oil leaking from the engine compartment. The closest dealership was Ford Ocala and after a call to My van broke down and would not start up again with oil leaking from the engine compartment. The closest dealership was Ford Ocala and after a call to them I had my vehicle towed. Due to a seminar the mechanic wouldn't be available to have an estimate ready for 5 business days. I was promised that a diagnosis would be performed expeditiously after his return. The communication by the service advisor was disappointing and I initiated contact to receive updates, which were excuses why nothing had be done. After week 3 at the dealership I let Alison know that this delay was unacceptable and she responded it would take approximately 5 months! to repair my van. The unprofessional response and her general attitude towards the situation led me to have my van towed to Ford Gainesville on the same day. Unfortunately Ford Motor Company does not really care about its reputation and referred to the fact that each dealership is privately owned. Rather a disappointing fact!! More

Paris tried her hardest to take total advantage of me, and I almost paid $8,000 over the sticker price for my vehicle. Management is completely untouchable, and no one there can give you a straight answer without you having to call on multiple occasions. I have never spent so much time speaking to voicemails and employees who have no interest in helping you. I had my car serviced twice in less than a week of owning it, and these major inconveniences are ignored. The customer service is better at Walmart, and I have had my image of the amazing Lincoln company tarnished. My experience has been terrible, and the only positive thing that I can say in regards to Lincoln is that the service department in West Palm Beach, at Al Packer Ford, is phenomenal and that the people there (notably Joe, Rob, and Michelle) were the only people to truly care about anything. I will certainly only want to deal with them from here on out. In addition, Isaiah in corporate has been wonderful about getting my simple tasks taken care of when Lincoln/Ford of Ocala could not do it themselves. I certainly cannot recommend Lincoln/Ford of Ocala, and would say one should be prepared to be taken advantage of, deal with a major headache, and spend hours on the phone before everything is said and done. It is hard to enjoy your new car when it took such a hassle to get it. I am so disappointed and feel robbed of what was supposed to be an exciting and fun experience of buying my first car. Please do yourself a major favor and take your business to a competent dealership with employees who are knowledgeable about what customer service encompasses. More
