I bought a car a week ago from gary yeomans ford of ocala. we purchased the car with Claire. I called into see if a car was available, which was no longer available. That Honestly wasn't a problem because she already had another car lined up, 100% to my liking with full intentions of keeping me within my budget. Not once in the HOURS we spent with Claire did she ever try to push us out of our budget. Even when what we wanted seemed impossible to achieve. Claire 100% listened to our needs. When the manager Brain came over to run through numbers, Claire would meticulously pay attention to everything he was doing. The thing I appreciated most about Claire was she wasn't afraid to ask questions about what brain was doing and he would give thorough explanations. If he missed anything WE said Claire wasn't ever afraid to be our voice. She beautifully worked in our favor while still being able to show her and Brain were on the same team. Which is such an amazing characteristic to have in the car sales business. Our 1st afternoon with Claire we weren't not able to reach deal, but that didn't stop our girl Claire the next morning she had another car lined up and ready to be brought into town from another area. Which is exactly what we asked for! little did we know Brian was still trying to pull for our deal to be worked out. which with great success HIM and Claire were able to pull off exactly what we wanted. Claire remained by our side throughout the whole process. made sure we really loved the car! Never once made us feel like we were asking for too much! never once made us feel like we needed to revise our search. she went above and beyond to make us feel like we can absolutely stay in our budget. Never once ever attempted to show us anything that didn't meet our needs. After dealing with easily 15 other car sales men from Orlando, leesburg to ocala for over a month. Claire made us feel at home, in charge, never manipulate, no power plays , 100% respects what her customers are asking for. We will never shop for a car with anyone else. We are now forever apart of the Gary Yeomans Ford of ocala! Thank you so Much Brain and Claire for such a pleasurable car buying experience. More

Gary Yeoman Ford has caused a negative domino affect stemming from my visit on June 30. I have reached out to Hemi Tikaprasad, Gary Yeoman Ford customer service, and Ford/Lincoln customer service. GYF h stemming from my visit on June 30. I have reached out to Hemi Tikaprasad, Gary Yeoman Ford customer service, and Ford/Lincoln customer service. GYF has yet to reach back to me but Ford/Lincoln has. GYF additional and unnecessary financial strain not to mention tremendous mental stress. I must say this has been my worst experience ever dealing with a dealership. I literally lie awake thinking of this as it is still unresolved. Gary Yeoman and Hemi Tikasapad have not taken any responsibility not even offered an apology. I literally regret pulling into your dealership nothing but stress since June 30. I can hopefully hope this is is resolved for me with as little negative as possible on me and is resolved soon. But stay far far away from Gary Yeoman Ford. You have been warned. More

I bought a used Explorer from a beautiful (in looks and personality) sales person named Claire Morrow and enjoyed every minute of it. The rest of the dealership was awesome as well.
