From internet sales to the service department this dealership is top notch. Any dealership can look good when things go well, this dealership however excells when things aren't quite right. They real dealership is top notch. Any dealership can look good when things go well, this dealership however excells when things aren't quite right. They really go out of their way to make the customer happy, so much so, I bought two vehicles from them. More

Started a negotiation for a lease -had 1 phone call back-e-mailed to my salesman-sent all req'd info to him-no response-called left mess.-no response-e-mailed again-no response-looked like a phone call back-e-mailed to my salesman-sent all req'd info to him-no response-called left mess.-no response-e-mailed again-no response-looked like a phone call from dealer-called dealer no one responded-called my salesman-actually spoke to him said he would call me the next day-no call-have been hung out to dry-no response-started nego. 7 days ago. No professional courtesy call at all either way. I was warned by 3 different people not to go through this dealership for just this reason. Also I geuss since Ford is having a little success lessons of the past were not learned very well how to treat and keep customers for the future. I geuss I just learned my lesson. More
After several conversations over the last few weeks with the internet sales manager(Troy) we decided to go the the dealership. The manager(Troy) was fully aware of what I needed for my trade and also aware the internet sales manager(Troy) we decided to go the the dealership. The manager(Troy) was fully aware of what I needed for my trade and also aware that I have been to other dealers. He gave me a price for the 09 mustang including all rebates and the employee pricing campaign going on. Once my wife and I arrived we met Troy. After a few minutes he sent us out with a salesman in his department to go on a test drive. The salesman said he was aware of the price I needed for my trade. When it came down to business I found out that the internet manager had left to go home without even telling us. The price for the trade in was $4000 below what Troy had said and the price that he quoted me was also off by $1000 on his 09 mustang. The dealership however had a $2000 rebate sign on the windshield of the 09 mustang. When I asked the salesman about that he said "I guess they forgot to take it off the windshield" This is just another game to get you to the dealership. The only good thing however was that I had a voucher for $50.00 signed from ford when you took a test drive. The bad thing about that was I drove much farther to this dealer when I had one locally because I believed the internet sales manager. Lesson learned!!!!!!!! More
Walking into this dealer, (which was the first dealer out of our expedition) I found a rude middle aged women, who served us. I simply told her I wanted a Mustang, and for her to show me them, and we walked of our expedition) I found a rude middle aged women, who served us. I simply told her I wanted a Mustang, and for her to show me them, and we walked right past the rouches, which I was interested in, and she stated "your not looking for one of these". It puzzles me why she THINKS she knows what I want. So curious to see what she was going to show me, I continued with her, I specifically told her I want to buy a brand new car and she tried to sell me a broken down Jetta. WOW. After telling me I cannot afford the car, and telling me that I could not get the car I wanted, we left. Thank god. Don't go here, unless you want to be brutally annoyed. More
