We found this car online as the 2010 Models are coming to an end. We were lucky to find exactly what we wanted! Steve was knowledgeable and patience as we evaluated the Mazda CX-9. Steve not only explained all the features but also helped us with set up before we left. Steve also made sure the gas tank was full before we left. This seems like a small detail but I appreciated this since I still remember buying my last car from a different dealer and leaving with the fuel light on! That sure was irritating. Dayton Mazda priced the car with very aggressive pricing....very little negotiating needed. More

NEVER try and tell a customer that he does not get his rebates with the "A" plan, we know better. I have bought 2 trucks and a mustang from Gary Yeomans and this is the first time I had to prove that I go rebates with the "A" plan, we know better. I have bought 2 trucks and a mustang from Gary Yeomans and this is the first time I had to prove that I got my rebates. It was almost a deal breaker. Also I now have to return to the dealership to sign another contract because the loan did not go through as signed and the payment is 50.00 more than before with an interest rate increase of 2.0%. Not to happy about this but I already have the truck so what can I do. All in all I would not buy from anybody else. You are treated very well there. More

Started a negotiation for a lease -had 1 phone call back-e-mailed to my salesman-sent all req'd info to him-no response-called left mess.-no response-e-mailed again-no response-looked like a phone call back-e-mailed to my salesman-sent all req'd info to him-no response-called left mess.-no response-e-mailed again-no response-looked like a phone call from dealer-called dealer no one responded-called my salesman-actually spoke to him said he would call me the next day-no call-have been hung out to dry-no response-started nego. 7 days ago. No professional courtesy call at all either way. I was warned by 3 different people not to go through this dealership for just this reason. Also I geuss since Ford is having a little success lessons of the past were not learned very well how to treat and keep customers for the future. I geuss I just learned my lesson. More
