However a call from someone at the dealership asking if we were satisfied was insulting. I told him I was upset that the ad a wk after our purchase showed a $8000.00 discount on the car. He tried to tell me it was a different vehicle when he knew I knew better. An explanation of your policies under those circumstances would have been far better and would have gone a long ways to getting a recommendation from me. More
I have been buying vehicles from this dealership for decades with always a happy experience. Lately, not so much. First, let me be clear, we love the service department and Ed there. And we have a track record of being treated fairly and with respect. I have probably purchased over 10 vehicles at this dealership. I recently wanted to move from my F350 to a smaller F150 due primarily do to an accident I had been in that made it tough for me to get into my current truck. We were treated rudely by Dustin there and I have to be honest, I may NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. He was cold, indifferent and very "matter of fact" with us. When he came back with an exceptionally low ball trade in on my F350, it begged the question, "Did anyone actually look at our truck?" Dustin told us "No." Can you imagine that? How on earth can they give an accurate appraisal without even looking at it?? My wife and I left there with our grand baby in a stroller totally disgusted. This was about two weeks ago and we are still angry at the disrespect we were showed there. I thought the feelings would just fade away, but we both are still working on it. Anyway, that negative experience prompted us to go to Jon Hall Chevrolet where we were treated with respect from Marc Berg and Frank. They were awesome. We have not bought a vehicle yet. We have had Fords forever and the Chevy truck products are new to us so we are still researching. Again, this rating is for a specific poor experience with a particular salesperson not the entire dealership. Your experience might be terrific. Ours always had been for the 30 years previous. I will say that someone named Carlos has called us a time or two and even written me an email all in caps. He may be a manager or something, I don't really know. Anyway, we feel so weird now about the whole ordeal we just don't know what to do so for the moment, we are doing nothing. Just so much easier and less stressful to keep what we have and avoid the potential of a hassle again. More

Cindy the parts girl never bother to apologize for wasting my time, gas and money. Ok, she is an hourly employee and probably couldn't careless about wasting my time, gas or money. But here is what really bothered me. When I brought Cindy attitude to GM Carlos Lira he could not have cared less. His comment "thanks for letting me know." Now I understand if Carlos doesn't give a sh** way should Cindy. As my 2005 Ford Freestyle nears 150,000 it getting time to trade her in. Hopefully the folks to Tom Gibbs Chevrolet are nicer then the staff at Yeomen Ford! More
