When I went to the dealership I was told the car has been sold I was very unhappy as I was in the dealership a wek ago looking for a towncar and they did not have any.I was told if a car came in I would be notified and I was not . Scott then spoke with Raymond Esteban and Raymond came over to me and said he would like to make me a happy customer again and he told me about 2 other cars that may be coming to the deaership and he would notify me as soon as they came in. My wife and I left the dealership very disapointed vowing never to return. About one hour later Scott called me to come back to the dealership as there was some confusion as to the status of the 2004 towncar.When I returned The 2004 towncar was waiting for me . Scott and Raymond bent over backwards to satisfy us.we completed the sale and I once again have faith in Gary Yoemns Dealership as I have bought several cars from Gary Yeomans.
