Unbelieveably Excellent I have been wishing for a few years that I might return to Lincoln ownership from my perfectly good experience as a Mercury (2009 Milan) owner, but it I have been wishing for a few years that I might return to Lincoln ownership from my perfectly good experience as a Mercury (2009 Milan) owner, but it always seemed out of reach. A recent medical challenge infused me with a "why not?" attitude and I decided to go looking for a Lincoln. Living in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, I am approximately equidistant from Lincoln dealerships in DeLand, Florida and Daytona Beach, Florida. Making the choice that morning, I drove to Daytona Beach. Literally, the following transpired: 1. I drove into the Gary Yeomans dealership and turned left to find a parking place. I am a recent leg amputee, so walking distance is important to me. 2. Enroute, a very handsome Lincoln MKZ was driving toward me. 3. The driver (whom I did not know was an employee of the dealership) saw me watching and slowed down, rolled down his window and asked kindly if he could help me.That was when I met salesman Tony "The Mach" Macchia. 4. I said I wanted that car. 5. He said, well, then, pull over and park let's make it happen. 6. Ninety minutes later, I had test driven that car and two new MKZ's, worked out financing, thanked Tony for emptying my Mercury and placing every single item in that car into the new car (the original one I had seen, a 2011 MKZ) even to the extent of the CD's in the same slot order and was driving my new used car home. He further arranged for it to be picked up to add some extras and then delivered it, as promised, himself to my home. In 67 years of buying and trading nearly 15 different automobiles, I have never even come close to the caring, listening and professionally excellent service I experienced that morning with Tony Macchia and Gary Yeomans Ford Lincoln. It was unbelievably excellent. Thank you. More

Where do I begin?!? As soon as we walked up Bill Hess was there to great us. It was such an awesome experience. He made us feel so welcomed, like an old friend. I actually ended up having a migraine (I get them very very bad...I actually lose my vision) but Bill immediately got me medicine and water...wow! After 5 hrs going through the "process", I told Bill I needed to go let our new puppy, Zoey out of her cage since we never leave her in that long and again his response blew me away..."bring her in" he said! What?!? So, I bring Zoey in and finish the process with my husband Andrew. I can't say enough. I also just too my car back to the to take the pinstripe off and Bill filled my gas tank up...I didn't ask him to! Wow! I am telling everyone to go to Gary Yeomans Ford but more importantly to see Bill Hess! Thank you thank you thank you! We not only got an amazing Ford Fovus but met an amazing guy! Please dealer sales guys...take note! More
We were very pleased with the dealership and especially Jerry. We came twice before we made a purchase and he spent a lot of time with us and is very knowledgeable about both Lincolns and Fords. We have been GM people for many years and Jerry knew that, but still treated us like we were return customers. We returned for service yesterday and he saw that we were taken care of and stayed with us. You also get an A+ for having someone show us seniors about the SYNC system. More
