We drove from Lakeland, Florida after being given the proverbial "Run around" from Lakeland Auto Mall and Bartow Ford. The drive was well worth it and just wished I had followed the recommendation from a close friend and gone to Gary Yeoman's Ford Lincoln first. Live and learn they say. I recommend the Presidents Award be given to everyone at Gary Yeomans Ford Lincoln for 2014 and 2015. The 2014 Ford Focus Titanium HB SE is a wonderful car, smooth and quiet and very fuel efficient and has everything in it imaginable. FORD has GONE FURTHER for us and we thank everyone for their 5 star service. We brought the Ford Focus 5 Door Hatchback Titanium back for a window tinting and to gave a few personal requested items professionally placed on the car and Jason Kates, the service Department hit it out of the park again. The car now looks super. The drive to Gary Yeomans Ford Lincoln may seem long and tedious from Lakeland but WELL WORTH THE HEADACHE going through Orlando area and attraction area traffic congestion. I am eternally grateful to everyone at Gary Yeomans Ford Lincoln for everything that has been done to make this new car a reality. More

They are always right on with both the service and the personal relationship. The staff there is so friendly and eager to keep you informed of the situation. Often, the service is completed before I can get settled in the waiting room. My last service was yesterday and it was just a required oil change and general inspection. I was surprised at how quickly they completed the job, washed the vehicle and checked me out and I was on my way. Great place to do business, and Yes, I will by my next vehicle through Gary Yeoman. One of the very best shops I have ever used. This dealer has a quick lube building that is not connected to the shop. It makes it fast and easy to get an oil/filter change as well as tire rotation if needed.All employee's are friendly and know what they are doing.The shop is spotless clean and if you have a certain person you like, You just ask if they could be the person doing your service. My person is Willie and he is great. He does not get oil all over my car and the few drops from changing the sideways filter are wiped clean by him. He checks everything to be sure your car is safe and ready to go. I have not needed the shop for any work but I have had friends that did and they were very happy with the service and work done for them. All car dealers need to come see how to treat and serve their customers like this place does. More

Our salesman,Anthony Garcia, made this a pleasurable experience. His knowledge of the products and patience with a finicky wife was admirable and we never felt pressured. His demeanor at all times was one of respect and politeness that caused my wife to comment on the way home that this was the least stressed she has ever been when buying a new car. The facility at Gary Yeomans is very clean and everyone was very friendly and they even have a restaurant with a chef in the break room. By the way we purchased 2014 Ford Escape and we love it!
