Received recall notice on 2020 Ford Expedition Platinum in November. Called to make appointment for repair. They knew about recall and scheduled appointment for January 7, 2021. I dropped vehicle off on t in November. Called to make appointment for repair. They knew about recall and scheduled appointment for January 7, 2021. I dropped vehicle off on that date at 9:00 am. They said call around 4:30 to see if ready to pickup. Not ready, should be ready by 12:00 pm, tomorrow , we will call you. Never received call, so we call around 1:00pm and was told it was finished. We drive 25 miles to dealership only to find out They didn’t order the parts for the repair. Two days they had the vehicle and didn’t do a thing.. As I write this on 01/22/21 one part is in, the other, who knows when. Have made numerous calls calls, left messages, good luck. Since 2007 we purchased 6 SUV’s and a F-150 Supercrew but after this ?. You certainly have not earned my business or exceeded my expections. More
Do not go to Gary Owens Ford and buy a vehicle. I bought a vehicle there 2015 F-150 beautiful truck I put less than 3,000 mi on it and the engine blew while it was at Gary Owens getting fixed they will do n a vehicle there 2015 F-150 beautiful truck I put less than 3,000 mi on it and the engine blew while it was at Gary Owens getting fixed they will do nothing about it . they said it wasn't them they want to charge me $10,000 for a motor when they're the ones who blew it up now I have to get a lawyer and sue them so do not buy any vehicles from them they don't pack them up More

It's with a heavy heart and a foward motion I say goodbye to Gary yeoman today. I have been a customer for well over 20 years and tomorrow be my last day dealing with Gary yeomans due to their inadequate ser to Gary yeoman today. I have been a customer for well over 20 years and tomorrow be my last day dealing with Gary yeomans due to their inadequate service department let alone the quick Lane. a normal thing like a battery that I was told wasn't under warranty because they couldn't find it in the computer after several calls to two managers and the service department the nice girl walked the order number and the invoice of the repairs on the battery to the quick Lane person three days later I get a phone call saying that the battery will cost $56 because it now has to be prorated because the conversation has been a two-week fiasco with the quick Lane due to my normal service person being out on personal leave. I get a phone call at 7:30 this morning telling me that you have a flat tire as well and that'll cost well over $200 for one tire I say stop right there I got a quote for four new tires A month ago from my normal service department for $490 why would I pay well over $200 for one tire riddle me this oh pause. I said stop what you're doing transfer my stuff to my regular service person I'm not playing with you people in the quick Lane any longer. so I proceed to leave a message but I end up getting my normal service person on the phone she tells me she'll look into it and they'll call me back well around 3:30 today I get a call back and pictures of my battery oozing green stuff out I guess they never even touched it over the three days they've had my vehicle. Now they say the 56 dollar battery will cost close to $500 due to erosion and parts and labor and all this stuff will cost a lot of money and the total price for a 56 battery is now 566. But they did a solid on the tire that's only 122. So I am picking my vehicle up hopefully by 5:00 they said but we'll never know but it won't be properly maintenance because I opted not to have all that extra stuff done they said they'll just do battery maintenance for $22 and they won't guarantee the work but that's my only option pay $566 or will do what we can put a Band-Aid on it and happy New Year to me. Thanks but no thanks. More
