They do a fine job for an oil change and tire rotation but the dealership is a bit pricy as expected. The $8.00 plus add on for supplies is way overboard and the upsell for an air filter with 10,000 mile but the dealership is a bit pricy as expected. I want nothing to do with Gary Yeoman Ford. I had a dispute with them about mounting a privacy screen in the back of my car and it took months to have it finally installed and only because my salesman dispute with them about mounting a privacy screen in the back of my car and it took months to have it finally installed and only because my salesman got it done. My experiences with all of the staff including the Customer Advocate were terrible except for my salesman. I have taken my 2020 Escape to another Ford dealer to have it serviced, even though I have to pay for it just so I don't have to deal with their service department. More

I purchased a 2013 Dodge Durango RT from Gary Yeomen's Ford on Friday November 13Th 2020. My salesman was Waleid Sayyed. We went on the test drive and it was the vehicle I had been looing for. During the test drive I noticed the radio did not work well and was very staticky and did not pick up very many stations at all. I told Wally and told his manager, Mike Holland. The whole buying process took forever! We were there from around pm till closing!! So, when we were finally done, we left, as we were exhausted by that point. The Durango was supposed to have been detailed in and out. It was not. It was pretty dirty and had all kinds of streaks and films all over it. The very next day I sent a text to Wally to let him know the radio issue was still needing to be resolved, as well that it needed to be washed and detailed. He said to bring it in on Wednesday November 18th at 10am to have it detailed and the radio checked out to see what needed to be done. I came back to the dealership at 10am, and the service dept did not have me down for an appt and did not know if they could get to it. I was not happy!! So, I sat there for almost 3 hours for them to tell me nothing was done! Several texts went back and forth between me and Wally. Wally said to bring the Durango back to the dealership again for it to be fixed. An appt was made for December 3rd at 10am. It was there all day and I received a text from Wally saying it was done. I go down to the dealership again to pick up my Durango and it was still NOT FIXED!!!! Wally said they put a new antenna on. This did not help. I had already told him before that if they could not figure it out it may be best to put in a new radio and that I was fine with the factory one that was supposed to be in it. So, I let Wally know it was still not fixed. And we had discovered that the rear heat did not work at all. At this point I am so beyond mad! Another appt was made for December 16th. I take it in, and the day passes, and I get a text from Wally at the end of the day that it was all fixed. I go down to the dealership again and it was still not fixed! Radio still not picking up and rear heat only blowing cold! So, I go in and tell the receptionist I need a manager. Someone saying they were a manager came out and got in and felt that it was indeed no hot air blowing. So, I left my Durango at the dealership on December 16, 2020. Several days passed, then turned into a couple of weeks. And then Wally just refused to respond to me to let me know the status of my Durango! So, my husband and I had to drive down to the dealership to see what was going on. We were standing at the front reception waiting on a manager to come and Wally came walking in and looked at me and walked right by me trying to hide from me!!!! What a coward!!! And how very unprofessional!!! I’m fuming at this point. His manager Mike Holland come up and said he’d be taking care of it from this point. He would find out the status and call us the NEXT day! It was 2 days, and he just said they were still trying to diagnose the heat issue. Ok, that’s fine, just keep in communication!! Then more days, weeks went by and communication was nonexistent!!!! We finally got a response December 21st. They had to take it t the dodge dealership for them to figure it out. So, a few more weeks went by. Communication is just about nonexistent again! We have to drive back down to the dealership to see what was going on since none would return out calls or texts. Get there and Mike said its still at dodge. Some more time passed, and I decided to call the dodge dealership since my dealership would not communicate with me! I FINALLY got some answers from the dodge dealership and they were waiting on parts to finish up the heat. Is now January and I still do not have my vehicle I purchased in November! And I’ve had to make a payment on a vehicle I don’t have!!! And the lack of communication kept on! I called on January 20, 2021 asking for a manager, as I had done several times before WITHOUT receiving a call back! I was put to someone’s voicemail so I hung up and called back and said I needed to speak to a manager not a voicemail. Someone named Shelby got on the phone and said she was an executive manage there at Gary Yeomen's and said she would find out what was going on and get back to me. I honestly don’t think this Shelby was a manager at all. She isn’t listed on the website with all the other managers or even staff at the dealership!! And of course, she DID NOT call me back!!!! On January 21, 2021, my husband went down to the dodge dealership and got my Durango!!! It was finished, Well, the heat was finally fixed. Still NEVER heard from Gary Yeomen's Ford!!! To this day the radio still does not work!!!! You would think that during their “supposed” 130+ point inspection of their vehicles, they would have known that they needed to fix these issues before putting the vehicle n the lot to sell!!! I DO NOT recommend buying from Gary Yeomen's Ford at all!!!! Their lack of communication and the lack of customer service especially from their management is ridiculous!!! More
