Saturday January 15th I brought two of my cars in and traded them for one. Chauncey, Mike and Nello were amazing. They made the transaction quick and painless :) That was important to me since my husband traded them for one. Chauncey, Mike and Nello were amazing. They made the transaction quick and painless :) That was important to me since my husband had just been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. We had been in 5 months earlier and bought a 2021 Expedition, never suspecting how our lives would change in such a short period of time. When arrived Saturday, Chauncey was waiting for me outside and met me with a big Bear Hug; he is a son of my heart. A good and kind man. Mike came up next with the same hug, in a world where people are told not to get close, these men showed kindness and compassion and I will never forget it. Nello, he was amazing. His faith in God, his testimony as he wrapped up all the financial matters for me. In our world today, meeting people in general who actually still care about others can be rare. Not so here. I am beyond blessed by these three men and they are men, good men! Kasey Burt More

On December 27 2021 spoke to our salesman ( Mike Long ) if the dealership would be interested in buying my 2011 Chevy Camaro Mike said he would check and call me and my husband back The next day he cal if the dealership would be interested in buying my 2011 Chevy Camaro Mike said he would check and call me and my husband back The next day he called with a offer and my husband asked for a larger amount called back with a higher amount and make the deal over the phone Since we lived 2 1/2 hours away from the dealer I asked if he could reserve a car from Enterprise Leasing so we could get back home he said no cars available but what he did next was unbelievable he said the dealer would get us a ride home at no charge. The driver name was Rebecca and she was wonderful she talked to us all the way home and the ride when so fast. Knowing my difficulty with Gary Yeomans and Tyler and the whole team have been great. Tyler went above and beyond with our new 2021 Explorer buy.. Knowing my difficulty with time to shop and do paperwork,because my husband is home on Hospice, Tyler found the vehicle,drove it to our home and even came to our home for the signing of the paperwork..
