The salesman Dwayne Schwartz went up and above, to make my truck purchase happen I picked me up the past but also I the recommendation of my banker. Freddy Gonzalez was my sales rep, he helped me order my Raptor 10 months ago and kept me updated on the whole process, the dealership wasn't wanting to keep my price protection from when I ordered but Fred Raptor 10 months ago and kept me updated on the whole process, the dealership wasn't wanting to keep my price protection from when I ordered but Freddy fought for me and made sure I got that. Trying to help my son with his purchase of him already aproved our credit was a bad experience seeingthe spurious number by the financier. For more Two Hrs going up and down the number but them always stayed above 5000 over price on the car. With an Approval of 3.9 % at 60 monts or 5,9 at 72 i think It's ridiculous to want to get rich in a car. They dont mind losing the sales due to the situation we are experiencing in need. HORRIBLE communication! Purchasing my car off lease and never had such a worse experience. I wired them over $31k a week ago and Juan the "Finance Manager" last week said "w Purchasing my car off lease and never had such a worse experience. Get a call today from him and he says "when did you send the wire transfer, we can't find it". Hasn't done anything and is obnoxious, rude and arrogant and clearly lied. NEVER do business with these people! More
