I bought my 2021 ford f150 April of 2023. In August of 2023 I was called to be told that there was 2 recalls that needed to be done. I had both done at my house. One recall I know was done, I In August of 2023 I was called to be told that there was 2 recalls that needed to be done. I had both done at my house. One recall I know was done, I stood there and watched. The second recall I was told was going to take a while, 15 minutes later he said he was done. I went to pick up a service report today and that recall was not there. Now it’s back up there for another recall. While it’s up there I get a call that several modules were not working properly and they would need to keep the truck another. The next day I got a call stating that while the are trying to fix the issue that they are still working on it because now the truck is not functioning correctly with the new modules. At this point I know longer feel safe in this vehicle. I went and spoke to the general manager and told him that because of the information that was told to me by the service department that I know longer feel safe in the truck, and his response was that they never should have told me this information. I have asked them to buy back the truck and I was told that could not be done, but I could trade the truck for something else. Really? Why would I want to make payments on a different truck and still have to pay for the one I no longer have? This was the only solution that they presented me with. That or take the truck I already have, even though it is causing me severe anxiety just thinking about driving it. I don’t feel like I’m being taken seriously and I don’t feel like they really tried their best to make this right. More
