If anyone is in the market for a new or used vehicle, I strongly do NOT recommend Gary Yeomans Ford in Palm Bay. Highly unethical trade in transaction, and HORRIFIC management to say the least. The sales M strongly do NOT recommend Gary Yeomans Ford in Palm Bay. Highly unethical trade in transaction, and HORRIFIC management to say the least. The sales MANAGER Brent, refused to provide a copy of the signed trade in contract to the customer, and refused to do anything about it until he was given money. Throughout the entire process he was extremely rude to everyone he spoke to when he was not blatantly ignoring his customers. He refused to sell one particular customer a vehicle but said he would sell it to another. Brent never provided reasoning for any of his rude remarks or "decisions" and would rather ignore you as if you weren't standing right in front of him talking to him. POOR MANAGEMENT! Do NOT buy from Gary Yeomans Ford in Palm Bay. 😡😡😡 More

I don't think you could do better than this, I did not even need to go anywhere, you came here and fixed the problem. What a great service. If I had to come in it would at least taken two hours.
