For this last one (Ford F150), we had become victims of the “Awaiting Shipment” purgatory. After two months sitting in a yard in Michigan waiting for transport, Dave raised xxxx and ruffled feathers, and our truck became shipped “priority” and got to us in 6 days! Dave had our paperwork waiting and I doubt we spent 15 minutes at the dealership. Didn’t even have to wait in finance, Dave did everything with us right at his desk! It's very rare to trust these days especially when it comes to car dealers, but we've had the marvelous luck to find Dave.
