It was unfortunate that this customer came in on Easter Sunday and was unable to purchase a New Ford Edge Se Model. We had none available so our Sales associate test drove the LTD which was priced @ $6000.00 higher. We certainly make every effort that every customer who visits our showroom has a stress free shopping experience whether they buy or not. It is also unfortunate that there may have been a communications issue while negotiating the price for the vehicle.
