My wife MARY and I PURCHASED A 2011 3.7 6 CYLINDER ARREST ME RED MUSTANG IN 2010 AND HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE HAPPIER WITH THAT VEHICLE.We also have owned a 2000 XLT EXPEDITION for over 9 years and loved that tr ME RED MUSTANG IN 2010 AND HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE HAPPIER WITH THAT VEHICLE.We also have owned a 2000 XLT EXPEDITION for over 9 years and loved that truck but as we all know that the gas prices have been going up and the expedition is not very good on gas.I was sad to do it but had to unload and trade it in and when I saw the explorer sport track I felt it was the right vehicle for me.I am an electrician with the CITY OF PALM BAY and need the truck for my tools as well as pulling our 19' center console boat.We love FORD and would not buy any type vehicles besides FORD.The staff at PALM BAY FORD are friendly and considerate and would definately recommend them to friends and neighbors.THANK YOU for being in our town!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Visited this dealership with my family looking for a base model vehicle. They did not have any base models on the lot so a promotions manager offered a deal on a "Limited" version of the vehicle. We worked out and accepted a deal, shook hands on it, and were told that it was approved by the sales manager. After almost 3 hours at the dealership with the family and after filling out all the paperwork, when we were ready to sign the final purchase papers, the finance manager asked us to sign the contract with numbers that were $2K higher than what was previously agreed. We pointed out the discrepancy and the finance manager said he could not sell the car for the previously agreed amount. I was astonished at the lack of courtesy that was displayed at that moment, the lack of an apology, and the lack of effort or evidence of intent to correct the "mistake" and the lack of effort and interest to contact the sales manager or any one else to work out this difference. Based on that experience I would not recommend this dealership, but if you do go there, I recommend that you double check all the numbers before signing anything. More
Personal treatment by all personnel was fine and as I expected it would be. Just a couple of issues.....waited over two hours just to see the finance manager, delivery of a vehicle with only 34k miles wi expected it would be. I think a "quality inspection" should guarantee the delivery of a perfect vehicle, with all original equipment. More
