Cassandra Younger was our sales person and she was the best salesperson ever! She's just wonderful. We initially were looking to purchase a Fiesta and on our way to see one, we passed by a 2010 Focus. best salesperson ever! She's just wonderful. She was very attentive to our change of mind and asked us if we would like some information on the Focus. We said yes. She is a fount of knowledge on the vehicle and also let us know about rebates that were not noted on-line as well as many of the safety features. She even took the time to set up our Cell phones into the insync otion that came with the car. I would not only recommend your dealership but will most assuredly recommend Cassandra to anyone we hear of wanting to purchase a Ford. Mr. Knot is amazing. In the past we have spent many an hour waiting for financing BUT not with Mr. Knot. He was professional, friendly, and OH so knowlegeable on the loan process. He was able to work with our Credit Union (Space Coast) to get us the best financing possible. In addition, when there was a mix up in numbers (on our part) for the 'Z' plan he was very understading and we cleared up the issue quickly. What a great team you have.
