To start your employee O'shawn has given me the best customer service i've ever received. Usually when i'm at the dealer I'm skeptical about trusting the salesman, believing they're trying to get me out customer service i've ever received. He showed showed me plenty of vehicles in my price range which made me feel like he really cared about how i felt and wasn't trying to gain any commission. I came in to Palm Bay Ford for a simple car service and O'Shawn was extremely helpful! As I was waiting for my car, he asked me if I thought about upgrading my Focus to something bigger and better, since I O'Shawn was extremely helpful!
