When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Braeden Nevue. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He worked with us along with Jim House. Jim went to extremes to help us out. Braeden wasn't going to be there the next day and advised us that Chris Cochran would take care of us, this way he did not leave us stranded and we were aware of who we would need to speak with the next day. Chris was great and he and Jim took very good care of us. The three of them are an asset to Palm Bay Ford. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking for a vehicle. They all went out of their way to assist us and we ended up buying a new 2013 Ford F150 and are very pleased. Thank you Palm Bay Ford!!! More

The dealership was good. I went during the week, and was interested in a focus, Brought my son back late sat evening. They found the exact color he wanted , stayed late and did the deal; even without the tr interested in a focus, Brought my son back late sat evening.
