This by far is the best experience I have had with a local car dearlership. I was treated as a very important person and with the utmost respect. I am a 22 year retired 30 percent disabled Air Force veteran. Your AWESOME dealership did what no one else would do. Put me in a new truck with affordable payment of $639 a month with a 2014 Hyundai Sonata that had 10,000 of negative equity. Paradise Ford, Mullinx Ford and Kelly Ford wanted payments around 850-900 dollars a month. I just may drive to each dealership just to show them what PALM BAY FORD DID FOR ME!!!!!. Your Staff which includes Wyatt Howard, Bruce Hatton, Donald Montgomery Tom McGee and Brett in finance bent over backwards to help me and a special thanks goes to Bruce Hatton who educated me on the Ford F-150 and changed my mind from the Dodge Ram that I could of bought. He is the best and most knowledgeable salesman I have ever met!! Give that man a bonus!!!! He deserves it!!! I have such great feelings that I will have all my service and buy my running boards and mud guards from Palm Bay Ford even though I could get them cheaper some where else. And I am pleased to say Glenn and his department went over the call of duty to fix all of the problems, they did it in a timely matter and the price was very reasonable. My truck is back together and runs and handles like brand new. I am very pleased. Highly recommend!! I would not go anywhere else but palm bay Ford for all my truck needs. Together they were able to develop an outstanding 'out the door' price. Brent Remmacca in the business office identified a few cost effective preventive maintenance and warranty extension packages. I now have peace of mind that our new Ford Fusion will be maintained as recommended as well as extended coverage for those rare but always more expensive repairs. There was absolutely no pressure regarding internal Ford or external financing and the selection, colors and options available were plentiful. Lastly, the service department detailed then delivered our new car in spotless condition. More

Most salesman are out to get the best deal for them, NOT Dave he was there for us. I have NEVER had a salesman go over what options we had, it wasn't about him. He wanted to see us happy and satisfied with what we wanted. Great guy, and awesome salesman. I will never shop at any other dealership again. I would also like to mention Brent Remmacca (the finance guy), he also did a really nice job on our deal. Got us the best interest rate and payment. Again... THANK YOU DAVE, we love our new escape =) More

Talked to me like I was a very stupid person and constantly cut me off with every statement I made. I do not want to lie... the parts were correct, they came in very fast and the technicians and advisors working on my car were very pleasant but the woman on the front counter in parts had convinced me to never come back again. At least not to her department anyways. More

Made an appointment online to have "The Works" completed, for 8/29 at 7: Another great experience with Palm Bay Ford, this time in the service center. Made an appointment online to have "The Works" completed, for 8/29 at 7:30 AM. My hope was an early appointment would lend itself to a shorter wait time. I'm glad I made the appointment, and I recommend doing so if you plan on visiting the service center. It makes the experience much easier for you, and for the advisors as well. I arrived at 7:15 (ever the early bird), and was greeted by Malcolm a few minutes after my arrival. Unlike other dealerships I've worked with, I was not made to wait until it was 7:30 on the dot to begin the process. He knew who I was and warmly greeted me, and advised me that while the techs would not arrive until 7:30, I was welcome to wait in the lounge. I do so. The lounge was clean, quiet, and coffee was already made. After about 40 minutes, Malcolm came in to let me know my Fiesta was ready. During the checkout process, he brought up my Owner's Advantage Account and took the time to explain the rebate process to me. Overall, I give this entire experience a 10/10. Malcolm is relatively new to the facility, and younger, but carries himself as one who's worked in the industry for many years. I'll definitely be returning for all service needs. TG More
