We had no intention of purchasing but ended up finding a 2012 Expedition and couldn't pass it up. Stephen was friendly and didn't make us feel like we were being forced to buy anything. There were a few things that needed to be taken care of to the vehicle so I went back on Monday and Jim made sure everything was taken care of that we had asked and even went above & beyond to took care of little things just to make the vehicle look great.
