Once Mickey hooked my husband up with Dave, he called Dave several times and asked questions. We weren't sure if we wanted an Edge or a Truck, if we wanted to go new or used and Dave was great letting us test drive different vehicles and decide what we liked best. Dave and also Tom were helpful in asking us questions to help us think about what we really wanted so we wouldn't be disappointed later. In the end, we got a new F150 vs used and found we didn't need a V8 with the new twin 2.6 turbo, but did find that we needed the GPS. We are so glad we got that GPS. We love our truck!! Made the impossible happen!! I went to my appointment on February 20th quite anxious and ready to hear the same things that I had heard at several other car lots..Mickey was very I went to my appointment on February 20th quite anxious and ready to hear the same things that I had heard at several other car lots..Mickey was very patient and understanding of my special set of circumstances when it came to purchasing a vehicle and I was quite sure I would have to settle for a used car with no warranty with fears of it breaking down on the road. Well Mickey and I found a car together and when I test drove the thought going thru my head was I "I am in love with this car and it fits me like a glove!" Well Mickey said lets see what we can do for you and introduced me to his finance mgr. Justin...to make a long story short 8 days layer, and with a lot of patience and hard work...I went to the dealership, as Mickey said they made it happen. I went there knowing that if the payments were to high I would have to walk away...I cannot begin to find the words on how grateful and blessed that I am to be the proud owner of a 2016 Fiat 500x...Justin worked so very hard on my financing and well....it was better than I could have imagined!!!
