Very poor customer service, unaccecptable! Poor customer service, needs to go back to school to learn that the customer is why she (Sophia) has a job. Warning lite came on, instruction manual s Poor customer service, needs to go back to school to learn that the customer is why she (Sophia) has a job. Warning lite came on, instruction manual says take it to a Ford dealer, which I do. No cars on the lifts, only one car in the shop being worked on (Empty shop not making any money) and Sophia tells me to make an appointment, because the soonest opening is in two weeks! Drove home checked the on-line service appointment and there were opening starting the next day, lots of openings. Sophia needs to ask God for forgiveness for lying to me. I refuse to use this dealer ever again. More
