Unorganized, desperate & unfriendly I would never buy a vehicle from Palm Bay Ford. I was a serious buyer. I had to beg and beg and beg for the $25 gift card that I was entitled to. I would never buy a vehicle from Palm Bay Ford. I was a serious buyer. I had to beg and beg and beg for the $25 gift card that I was entitled to. And, no, I did not go specifically for the gift card. The dealership appeared to be disorganized every time I was there. I knew of this dealership because I saw it whenever I traveled the I95 expressway. They had a good selection of different size Transit vehicles. Every time I entered the property all the salesmen pounced on me as if I was a piece of meat. No, I will NOT recommend this place. A friend of mine also had a bad experience with this dealership. I would rather drive 6 hours away to buy a Ford than go to this place. I do not remember the salesman who I met with on two separate occasions. I do not recall the male manager I spoke with on the phone two different times. More
